Vision changes during pregnancy
Poorer vision affects some pregnant moms. During pregnancy, changes in hormones, water retention, and poor blood circulation may affect your eyesight. Water retention may increase the thickness and curvature of your cornea. It could also affect your vision. That's why Lasik eye surgery is not recommended during pregnancy. Avoid fitting new contact lenses or new pair of glasses. If your vision changes during pregnancy, it is temporary. Most symptoms will subside spontaneously
