The simple answer is yes. You can eat durian during pregnancy and it has benefits. Durians contain organo-sulphur and tryptophan, which are anti-oxidant. Durians are also known to have antimicrobial properties, which are good for pregnancy.
But, keep in moderation. Durian contains high calories as well as potassium salt. You can gain excessive weight if you eat too much durians. For diabetic moms, durians are strictly no-no. If your baby is small, try eating a few seeds of durian to enhance the weight gain!
